Dishes from Veneto at Tutto Bene Restaurant

Tutto Bene Restaurant and Chef Giovanni Susini invite the guests for special menu consisting of dishes from Italian Veneto.  
The special menu from Chef Giovanni Suzini includes traditional dishes. Sardines in sour-sweet sauce are first fried then marinated. Tender salad with black cod mousse is made of boiled fish with capers, anchovies and olive oil and served with garlic chips. Risotto is cooked with green peas and veal cheek chips C guanciale.  Thick spaghetti Bigoli are cooked with duck ragout stewed in red wine with vegetables and aromatic herbs. Cuttlefish is cooked with garlic and hot chili pepper in white wine with cuttlefish ink.
The special menu is valid until the end of March.
