Wolfish steak in caramel-milk sauce with Moroccan couscous, dried tomatoes, sage and black onion - 780 rubles;
Parmentier soup made of white root crops with cream and poultry rillettes - 490 rubles;
Pumpkin soup with honey picked up by wild bees and tender Philadelphia cheese - 650 rubles;
Warm tart with dried yellow apples in cinnamon chips under crust of pistachio pasta with Pattisiere cream in combination with homemade chestnut ice-cream and salty caramel - 520 rubles.
