The Chinese cuisine festival is going to start at Filin, Brown Bar, Gavroche, Ryabina Bar, Loza and Listok restaurants beginning from September 3rd.

The Appetite Group restaurant holding has been traditionally welcoming its guests with famous hits of world cuisines. So, the festival of Chinese cuisine is starting in September at all holding objects.
When developing and preparing dishes, not only traditional national food has been taken into consideration but also less known and colourful dishes, special for this country (U-chi soup with shark’s fins, seafood and muer mushrooms). The Chinese cuisine is hard to imagine without its mail hits – pork in sour-sweet sauce, Peking duck and salads with cellophane noodles and soya asparagus.
Chefs strictly follow traditions of preparing dishes based on three main factors: colour (se), aroma (syan) and taste (wei). The colour should contrast, aroma – rich and taste – incomparable and exclusively right.
The Festival will last until September 30th 2012 at all the restaurants of Appetite Group chain.
