Light heating would delicately bring out natural flavour of healthy food. The main idea of the chef of the Fish Market restaurant is not to spoil the product with unnecessary complexity of the dish. Good fish – it is of the highest quality here – is self-sufficient. The menu of the Fish Market offers fish in its total natural delight and satisfies with its wholesome minimalism and laconic specificity. The fish you choose can be cooked at your option: grilled, baked in salt or parchment paper, poached a la homemade or a la Mediterranean.Dishes of Mediterranean cuisine focused on Italy are offered to the visitors: homemade pasta with various sea food, black risotto and cuttles, crab claws and truffles, oyster soup and French champagne, a number of carpaccio. Special pride of the Fish Market is 12 kinds of oysters from Europe, Canada and Australia as well as 5 kinds of wild oysters which are offered all year round. The prices of the richness are quite attractive. Meat-lovers are not neglected either – they will be treated with a saddle of young lamb on bone, juicy beef filets from Argentina with Gorgonzola grilled, T-bone steak and other meat specialties.The wine card is quite impressive, by the way, – it includes French, Italian, Spanish, Argentinian wines…Sober décor allows to concentrate on the meal and the companions – the furniture items of the beginning of XX century are combined with modern artist things. Transparent ceiling makes it possible to observe old wooden coverings of the building, constructed in 1908.The restaurant holds up to 150 persons. Round and square tables of different sizes covered with white cloths, sofas, comfortable chairs, dark wood, glass lamp vases on the windows. There is no boring sameness but everything is severed in the same style – adequate and soft.Background music is also tender, ideal sound is specially arranged for the space.
