Mediterranean salad with fish
I had very tasty grilled salmon left and I created this salad urgently. It’s so tasty that is hard to describe! As a light dinner, it is excellent! You can take hot smoke fish or baked in oven.

- Baked salmon (or hot smoke) – 500 g; - 500 гр;
- Ruccola – 100 g; - 100 гр;
- Sweet pepper – 1 pc; - 1 шт;
- Olives without seeds – 1 can; - 1 банка;
- Olive oil EV – 5 tbsp; - 5 ст.л.;
- Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp; - 1 ст.л.;
- Salt, pepper;
- Feta or brynza – 250 g. - 250 гр.
Step 1
Wash out and dry Ruccola.
Step 2
Cut sweet pepper with removed seeds and stalk into thin sticks. Put it to the bowl with Ruccola.
Step 3
Put there pieces of fish.
Step 4
Add olives.
Step 5
Mix olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in the other bowl. Do not add much salt as fish, olives and Feta are salty enough.
Step 6
Season the salad and mix up with two spoons from bottom to top. Then crumb feta with fingers.
Step 7
Mix up carefully again with several movements (otherwise, Feta may decompose).
Step 8
Serve immediately.
