Armeni salad from Chef of Erivan restaurant
Erivan restaurant is one of the tastiest places with Armenian cuisine. Armen Pinochyan, the Chef of the restaurant, presents his new recipe – Armeni salad.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 100 g,
- Honey – 15 g,
- Vegetable crisps – 10 g,
- Spinach – 50 g,
- Cheese – 5 g,
- Sweet pepper – 1 pc,
- Olive oil – 30 g,
- Mustard – 3 g,
- Garlic – 2 g,
- Balsamic vinegar – 5 g,
- Sugar powder – 5 g,
- Salt, spices.
Step 1
Prepare ingredients.
Step 2
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces.
Step 3
Fry the fillet on a frying pan greased with olive oil and butter.
Step 4
Add honey to the fillet and mix up all.
Step 5
Tear washed out spinach into small pieces with hands.
Step 6
Cut sweet pepper.
Step 7
Add sweet pepper and vegetable slices (carrot, beetroot, turnip) to spinach.
Step 8
Sprinkle with salt.
Step 9
Add garlic and mustard.
Step 10
Dress with Balsamic vinegar.
Step 11
Slightly top with sugar powder.
Step 12
Add olive oil and mix up accurately.
Step 13
Grate cheese on a small grater.
Step 14
Place vegetable mass on a plate, add fried chicken fillet. Top the salad with grated cheese. Sprinkle with olive oil and garnish with a twig of red currants.
