Ingredients:

  • Rice paper – 2 pages;
  • Mozzarella cheese – 30 g;
  • Tomato – 1 small pc;
  • Arugula – small bunch;
  • Pesto sauce;
  • Basil – a twig for dressing. 

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut tomato and Mozzarella.

Step 3

Add a little arugula lettuce and place in the middle of the rice paper (it should be slightly sprinkled with water in advance).

Cut along the diagonal into two halves. Serve on a plate or on a wooden board.
