It is possible to create endless options for Italian starter Caprese. The Chef of Niyama Restaurant Chain Evgeniy Pilchin offers to make summer rolls in Italian style. It tastes great!
Ingredients:
- Rice paper – 2 pages;
- Mozzarella cheese – 30 g;
- Tomato – 1 small pc;
- Arugula – small bunch;
- Pesto sauce;
- Basil – a twig for dressing.
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients.
Step 2
Cut tomato and Mozzarella.
Step 3
Add a little arugula lettuce and place in the middle of the rice paper (it should be slightly sprinkled with water in advance).
Step 4
Roll it out.
Step 5
Cut along the diagonal into two halves. Serve on a plate or on a wooden board.
