How good it is to have warm heart hot tea on cold shivery weather! Of course, only ginger-lovers will appreciate it – hot piquant taste dominates in the drink. It’s wonderful in the period of diseases. In general, I truly recommend it!

Step 1
Put the kettle on the oven. Peel the ginger root and cut into small cubes.

Place ginger, cloves and sliced lemon in the teapot treated with boiling water.
Step 3
Pour boiling water to top over ingredients. Place tea brew to the special section and pour boiling water one-two minutes later. (If there is no special section, place in the teapot).
Step 4
Leave it for 5 minutes, add a teaspoon of honey, mix up and pour into teacups using a strainer.
Step 5
Those who like honey I recommend to have tea holding a spoon of honey. I don’t like honey have no sugar with tea but this is just the case when I recommend to add sugar – it makes the drink tastier.
Bon appetite!
