Oxtail Soup at Meat Restaurant

There is a new dish appeared in the menu of Meat Restaurant which is definitely worth trying at least once – it’s oxtail soup. Moreover, the restaurant offers it in unusual interpretation.  

Before having appeared in the English cuisine, the recipe of oxtail soup was familiar to Asian nomads as a fancy delicacy served in special cases. Oxtail soup is also cooked in Spain, the country of toreadors and flamenco, seasoning with tomatoes and hot spices.

Meat Restaurant has a creative approach to cooking this famous delicacy. Oxtail soup in author’s Chef’s execution is more spicy than hot because of the herbal bunch: basil, parsley and dill. Incredibly aromatic, warming up and very rich, the oxtail soup is considered to be a real men’s dish, however, it might suit the taste of not only stronger half.

Restaurant guests will be nicely surprised at unusual serving: all ingredients of oxtail soup such as broth, meat and spices – are served separately giving a chance to everyone to have the own gastronomic composition to individual taste.
