Sergey Berezutsky Back at Kak Est’ Café as Co-Owner

Redaktor, 21 April 2014

Chef Sergey Berezutsky who left Kak Est’ café some time ago has returned back as a co-owner. And as Chef.

Kak Est’ team and its guests are sincerely glad because Sergey Berezutsky returned to the café as a head of the kitchen, being the best young Chef in Russia in 2014.

Previous best-sellers are still available at the upd ated menu: letter from Chef (i.e., mussels baked in the envelope which magnetize the guests with the aroma) and kitchen garden dessert. Finely, there is stone soup which was earlier available only in the degustation se t. Now it’s made of barley, quail and black currant but served the same way – with severe hatchet. A few positions have significantly changed and of course there are many new dishes. They include mushroom soup-cappuccino, camomile  mousse with pear (which is observed to reach the kitchen garden soon), Dagestan lamb shoulder. By the way, the last dish has brought Sergey victory in the competition “Silver Triangle” and that title “The Best”.
