Fish Menu at Cervetti Bar

It’s the culmination of fishing season in sunny Italy now. It means that Cervetti restaurant has a new menu! Marco Cervetti has brought recipes of fish, seafood and vegetable dishes from his culinary tour.

Marco has taken recipes of marinated sardines with polenta and fish risotto from Venice, mussels in red sauce from Sicily and the recipe of wheat gnocchi with fish ragout from Sardinia. 

The new position in the menu is cans with starters. It is quick bar starter, excellent with wineyou’re your choice there are grilled eggplants topped with olive oil or beef spleen in Venetian style.  For those who long for light vegetable dishes there is vegetable carpaccio or for example, salad with oranges, fennel and pecorino cheese – this is how it is made in Rome.
