Rybka Invites to Summer Menu

The summer menu – concise but various – appeared at Rybka restaurant by opening the summer terrace. As usual, only fresh and high-quality products, seasonal fruits, vegetables, berries and much seafood have been used while working over it.

Crab salad with mango sauce – 920 rubles; 

Carpaccio made of Mediterranean sea bass with tomatoes, cilantro and rose pepper – 950 rubles; 

Salad with octopus – 1230 rubles; 

Salad with low-salt Scottish salmon and baked pepper – 930 rubles; 

Salad with wine apples and tuna marinated in ginger – 830 rubles; 

Beetroot soup – 390 rubles; 

Gazpacho – 430 rubles; 

Ginger jelly with papaya and mango – 410 rubles; 

Semifreddo croccante – 450 rubles; 

Homemade lemonades (350 rubles per 300 ml / 750 rubles per litre): Tarkhun (estragon), Dyushes, strawberry with mint, ginger-lime, passion fruit & raspberry.
