The Spanish cuisine at Fish Bazaar has been replaced with the French cuisine, acknowledged to be one of the most sophisticated in the world, abounding brave combinations of products, sauces and spices.
Especially for the new French phase Chef Goran Aleksic has prepared the original menu including popular dishes made of river and sea fish, starters and salads with seafood.
Among them there is Port Vendres salad (420 rubles) made of Radicchio and Iceberg light lettuce mix, cucumbers, Cherry tomatoes and grilled mini-squids. San Rafael salad (600 rubles) will surprise you with sophisticated combination of lettuce leaves of Ruccola, Radicchio and Lollo Rosso with smoked duck breast seasoned with pomegranate sauce. Cote d"Azur dish (990 rubles) includes appetite mini-squids, stuffed with crab meat, pine nuts and fennel. "Gulf of Angels" (950 rubles) is salmon fillet grilled with cuttlefish, shrimps, vongole shellfish seasoned with tender cheese sauce.
