The place for a proper rest where guests of all ages and different gastronomic tastes would feel comfortable is the Kafeteriy Number One (Cafeteria #1), the new restaurant with an unusual name. It is worth visiting to taste the dish that you would not taste anywhere in Moscow but here. The famous Danish Smørrebrød – the word that is impossible to pronounce. This is a huge multi-storey sandwich that can weigh up to half kilo! It is often made with rye bread but wheat bread is also used. The bread shall be freshly baked and dried in a toaster. In Denmark several hundreds of recipes are known but the most popular are shrimps, salmon, roast beef, herring, eggs. In the Kafeteriy Number One you will be offered tasty and interesting smørrebrøds done with aromatic bread, baked in-house. Bread, as well as many sorts of bakery and pastry, shish-kebabs and meat semi-products can be ordered in the delicatessen shop.

Anyway, other dishes in the menu are also worth mentioning – all of them belong to European cuisine and are cooked by the chef. You can order Taco salad served in a basket made out fine crispy dough, mutton strudel, French onion pie, Austrian goulash. The restaurant is ready to meet children, the most demanding guests. A special menu is developed for them, a play space with toys is organized, chairs for children are offered. On week-ends artistic shops and culinary master classes are available. The most popular dishes among children are pizza baked in a stone oven, milk shakes and home-made lemonades.

The interiors are designed in light tones, green ones prevail. There is a plenty of plants, a big park is near the restaurant. Though Volokolamskoe highway is not far, the restaurant is always quiet, the place creates the atmosphere for a rest and comfortable communication. A modern conference hall for 300 seats and a hotel are in the same building as the restaurant. That’s why it’s good to hold complex events when specialists from different cities come and need to be accommodated.

The Kafeteriy Number One is composed of two halls – the big one for 150 seats and a VIP-hall for 20 seats, the verandah for 50 guests is open during summer. The place is also good to organize buffets for 300 seats. There is a comfortable drive, a guarded parking is open next to the restaurant.
