Restaurant Vino&Voda (Wine and Water)
The Hotel Indigo St Petersburg Tchaikovskogo is happy to welcome you in its creative cuisine restaurant, VINO&VODA. The extensive and sophisticated wine list boasts more than 100 wines.
The wine list has a focus on spectacular, largely European wineries which have yet been less known in Russia. Some examples include Giorgio Colutto, Friuli (Italy), Landhaus Mayer, Niederosterreich (Austria), Chateau
le Gabachot AOC Pomerol and Chateau le Crock Cru Bourgeous – Saint Estephe (France), Askaneli Brothers (Georgia) and Rene Barbier (Spain).
The restaurant menu is based on such favourite, healthy and scruptious dishes of Russian cuisine as Russian salad "Olivie" with roasted quails and crayfish, chicken Kievm beef stroganoff, home-made pelmeni and a range of other dishes created by Chef Igor Pecherkin.
The one looking for a perfect enogastronomic pairings with the wines is welcomed to explore our special menu of mini-snacks "amuse bouche menu".
The restaurant is located at the hotel’s elegant and airy atrium, where the interiors were influenced by the beauty of the Summer Garden, and tastefully decorated with paper sculptures floating in the air and photographs of St. Petersburg. The restaurant’s “watery” name is supported in the interior, too. At the open stalls at the center of the atrium the visitors can see a vast selection of bottles with mineral water from all over the world.

True to its name, the restaurant offers the largest selection of mineral water in St. Petersburg. Some of the nearly fifty labels include Russia’s Baikal Reserve, Georgia’s Sairme and Nabeglavi, New Zealand’s Antipodes and Chile’s Water A.
The restaurant’s concept was created in collaboration with Eduard Muradyan and EM Consulting.
