thing that the eye catches is traditional Chinese symbols, an intricate ancient
ornament of the wooden plaques.
You raise the eyes on the ceiling and stops suddenly – a splendid lotus came into flower as a symbol of the victory of wisdom and spirit. Another ancient symbol, the fire is sleeping in the fire-place, fed right from China. The bar counter made out of sardonyx, the semi-precious stone, is one of the main treasures at the back of the restaurant. Magic properties of the ancient symbol fascinate and draw attention. Water power lives nearby in the shape of an amazing water tank with Arovana, the special fish species, the Chinese symbol of prosperity.
Four powers mixed in the interior of the Soluxe Club: air, fire, earth and water that create a small universe you get into hardly you enter the restaurant. The water tank is related to fishing – the cuisine of South China is rich in seafood, which is presented in the menu, it shall be told more about.
First, in the restaurant two culinary directions are presented: Mediterranean and Chinese, each of them is developed under the command of its chef and a professional team. E Iu, the specially invited master, is at the head of the Chinese team.
The menu includes Beijing-style duck, cooked by best chefs in accordance with the traditional recipe; Singapore-style noodles is the menu hit; Abalone mussels in spicy oyster sauce; light steamed scallops in shells sided with black beans. Various dim sums (that means “from the heart”) are cooked in accordance with the name. Stylish and delicious Avatar Tree dessert will be the best ending of the meal.
The other interesting direction in the Soluxe Club is headed by Andrey Zhelnov, one of the brightest and creative chefs in Moscow. There are a lot of interesting dishes in the menu: bright salad cooked from red chives, Rocket salad, shrimps dressed with light orange caramel and rosemary; fried dorado fillets and beetroot carpaccio, new courgettes and dill, dressed with oyster vinaigrette; sweet roots cream soup, crab meat dressed with basil foam. Alexey Krasnoschiokov, the experienced sommelier, will help you to find your way in the variety of the wine list, presented by France, Italy, Japan, China, the USA, Australia and other countries.
