Group opened its fifth restaurant – the Rose bar – in one of the most
picturesque corners of Moscow, on the roof of an old tenement building.
Styled after a luxurious yacht with its teak floors, seascape in the viewports,
fresh breeze and view of the centre’s pedestrian streets the restaurant is
transformed into a summer verandah in a matter of minutes.
Gastronomic part of the Rose bar is in the charge of Kirill Berger, the young
chef who prepared the menu that includes best dishes from all over the world:
foie gras dressed with sweet cherry, bourbon and garlic sauce, sakura sprouts
and edible blossoms; crab cakes garnished with hummus, white French beans and
spicy sauce; meat of roedeer dressed with calvados sauce; salad made of forest
berries and cheese mousse…Any chef’s creation is real fine cuisine! For those
who prefer the food to be simple and easy, there is a burger made from
Australian beef and any additional ingredients at option and Make your own
salad – the salad of one’s own composition, cooked from any products available
in the kitchen in the Rose bar menu.
As for the dessert, it is worth choose white lemonade made of exotic fruit
juice and a bucket of incredible soft ice-cream with biscuits, chocolate and
sparklers.
Except for the panoramic view, luxurious interior and finest cuisine, the
restaurant treats its guests with rousing pre-party with a solo pianist playing
white grand piano, hot DJ’s sets and their dazzling duet happenings.
Valeria and Joseph Prigozhin, Filip Kirkorov, Yana Rudkovskaya, Olivia Culpo,
Miss Universe-2012, and many other stars had a chance to appreciate the new creation
