The Oblaka (Clouds) Restaurant and Bar is the project of Alexander Zaturinsky, the well-known Moscow restaurant-keeper, and Olga Shalnova, the young business lady, located on the last floor of the Vremena Goda (Seasons) Gallery.
In winter the restaurant offers comfortable seats near the fire-places with lively fire, in spring and summer one of the verandahs is a chill out area with “airy” rooms or comfortable sofas and rattan arm-chairs in the loft-verandah zone.
High cuisine is impressive – the menu is created by Vyacheslav Kazakov. The chef cooks unique gastronomic master pieces in the kitchen and treats the guests with special offers.
