The restaurant is open 1800 to 2400, and to 0200 on Thursdays and Fridays. In the evenings, Mondays through Fridays, the luxurious hall becomes lively. Jazz, 1980s rhythms, chanson, folk and amazing voices of talented singers make the atmosphere totally unique.
The menu impresses with various Japanese and European dishes. Talented chef Denis Kim created an inimitable gastronomic ensemble. You will never resist flavourful dorado with courgettes in tomato celery sauce, delicate king crab salad, fajitas with aromatic spices, juicy steaks. Gourmets can taste a whole scale of famous European cheeses served with a bottle of magnificent Corton Grand Cru “Les Marechaudes”. However, traditional dishes also deserve special attention. Warm rolls, pasta penne, apple almond pie with peach sauce are true masterpieces performed by the restaurant’s chef! Capricious ladies will be pleased to know that the local desserts are always fresh as they are made right there and served immediately.

The bar is open 24 hours and attracts guests with cosy couches, big plasma screens broadcasting big matches and bright labels behind the bar. The Akademicheskiy Bar & Restaurant is proud of its alcohol list. Aperitifs, liqueurs, whiskies, rare cognacs, rums, tequilas, famous wines of Spain, Chile, France, various cocktails (from classic Mojito to extreme Burning Lamborghini), and many others will not let you get cold even on a frosty day. If you have to drive, there are delicious alcohol-free cocktails and milk shakes, freshes, teas and coffees.
The Akademicheskiy Bar offers the same menu as the restaurant, excluding Japanese cuisine so you will not have to deprive yourself of tremendous tastes even late at night!
