Baked peaches
It is a wonderful summer dessert and almost not rich in calories. Nuts are not counted and there is no paste. So, we eat it definitely with ice-cream.

portions Ingredients:
- Peaches – 4 pc;
- Pistachios (or almond) – 150 g;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tea spoon;
- Cognac – 4 tbsp;
- Water – 4 tbsp;
- Ice-cream for serving.
Step 1
Peel pistachios.
Step 2
Chop them in the mortar with pestle until crumbs. Let them be not flat – it’s even better.
Step 3
Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix up.
Step 4
Then add 2 table spoons of cognac and mix up.
Step 5
Halve the peaches and remove the seed.
Step 6
Put halves of peaches in the baking pan in one layer.
Step 7
Stuff with nuts. Pour water and remaining 2 table spoons of cognac on the bottom of the pan.
Step 8
Put into the oven pre-heated until 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 9
Take out, let it get cool and serve warm with ice-cream.
