Baked chicken legs
This is a recipe from my sister Marusya. She used to create it on long evenings by experiencing on tasting receptors of her husband. That is why I just did anything like her. I’d recommend you very much! The meat is incredibly tender. You won’t need to prepare much but you have to find enough time for baking.

portions Ingredients:
- Chicken shins - 1 kg;
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp;
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml;
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp;
- Pine nuts - 2 tbsp;
- Dry sweet basil - 1 tbsp;
- Curry, white fresh ground pepper, salt.
Step 1
Pour olive oil into a baking pan.
Step 2
Wash and dry out chicken legs.
Step 3
Sprinkle with salt and pepper from all over the sides and arrange them in the pan. Choose the pan that allows legs to stay aside from each other. Slightly top with curry.
Step 4
Then top with mayonnaise and coat it along the surface of legs.
Step 5
Sprinkle with dry sweet basil, nuts and seeds.
Step 6
And now is the most interesting thing. Put into the oven pre-heated up to 170 degrees for an hour. Then low down the temperature until 100 degrees and 30 minutes later – low it down until 50-70 degrees (the least level is different in all ovens) and bake for 30 minutes more. Totally bake for 2 hours.
Step 7
Serve with fresh vegetables. It is eaten incredibly fast from scratch.
