Homemade cake
This is another option of the cake familiar to us since childhood. It’s simple and unpretentious. However, it is very tasty! It looks similar to sour cream cake but here in the dough there is sour cream instead of butter. It is less fat and the sponge texture is slightly different. It is an excellent option to nicely treat your family.
Ingredients:
- Condensed milk – 1 can;
- Eggs – 3 pc;
- Sour cream – 300 g;
- Flour – 1 glass;
- Baking powder – 1 tea spoon;
- Cacao – 2 tbsp;
- Chocolate – a piece.
For cream:
- Sour cream at least 20% – 500 ml;
- Sugar – 100 g.
Step 1
Stir up condensed milk and eggs with a spatula. Then add sour cream and stir up until the flat mass.
Step 2
Add flour and baking powder and stir up not for a long time. Divide into two parts and add cacao into one part.
Step 3
Grease two baking pans with oil. Or you may use one pan and bake layers one by one. Or you may use the frying pan of the suitable size.
Step 4
Pour the dough into the pan and put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
Step 5
While baking the layer, you may prepare a cream. Mix up sour cream and sugar in a bowl. The thicker the sour cream is, the better cream you will get.
Step 6
Whip on the average speed for 5 minutes.
Step 7
When the layer for the cake is ready, take it out and take it over carefully from the pan. Use knife to help.
Step 8
Then bake the second layer of the cake. If you have a big oven, you may bake two simultaneously.
Step 9
Repeat everything like with the first layer of the cake.
Step 10
Let them stay for 10-15 minutes. When they are cool enough to touch with hands, cut the layers into two halves. You may do it with a special confectionery string.
Step 11
You may do it with a big knife cutting it over around and holding with a palm.
Step 12
Put the low half of the white layer on the plate and grease with the cream.
Step 13
Then put the brown layer and top with cream.
Step 14
Do this way with the rest of layers.
Step 15
Grease the top layer with cream as well.
Step 16
Grate the chocolate on a small grater on top. Put into the fridge for a night.
Step 17
If you take it out from the fridge 30 minutes before serving, it’ll be tastier.
Bon appetite!
