Orient salad
It is a good ‘helper’ when there is boiled meat left (or even kebab as in my case) and you need to refresh it. Alternatively, this is a wonderful idea of salad with boiled meat – nothing extra, very dietetic.

Ingredients:
- Boiled or baked meat – 200 g;
- Tomatoes – 3 pc;
- Cucumbers – 2 pc;
- Lettuce leaves (better crispy, I had Iceberg, Chinese cabbage is also good) – big bunch;
- Spring onion – small bunch;
- Soya sauce – 3 tbsp;
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Step 1

Finely slice meat.
Step 2

Cut tomatoes into segments.
Step 3

Cut cucumbers the same way as tomatoes.
Step 4

Tear with hands washed and dried lettuce leaves into a bowl. Put vegetables there.
Step 5

Finely chop spring onion and add to vegetables.
Step 6

Prepare a seasoning: in a bowl mix up with a fork soya sauce and olive oil. Soya sauce is salty enough, so no need to add salt.
Step 7

Season the salad and mix up.
Step 8

It is good if you chop a couple of leaves of coriander and top the salad with sesame – just try.
