Salad with Squids


I’m kindly asking you not to throw rotten tomatoes or what is worse – eggs – at me accusing me of having written a very simple recipe. I really and sincerely consider this recipe as ideal for salad with squids to my taste! And there is nothing more required for it. I tried with rice, onion and green peas and with all together… No… Only this way.

Ingredients:

Squids – 1 kg; 

Eggs – 4 pc;

Mayonnaise – 3 table spoons;

Salt. 

Step 1

Unfreeze the squids. Ideally – for a night in the fridge. It is the healthiest way to unfreeze anty products. Wash out squids.

Step 2

Hard boil eggs and cool down in cold water.

Step 3

Put saucepan with water on heat. Add salt and put squids as soon as the water gets boiling. Wait until it gets boiled again and turn off one minute later sharp. Otherwise, they will become rubber. If you have unpeeled squids, the sequence is exactly the same. You may see the example of other salad (see here).

Step 4

Peel eggs and cut into cubes.

Step 5

Wash out squids with cold water.

Step 6

Halve each carcass alongside and cut into sticks.

Step 7

Put squids and eggs into the bowl. Add mayonnaise.

Step 8

Mix up. The salad might be prepared in advance.

Step 9

Serve to the table. I recommend to take it out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
