Green beans salad
Green beans are excellent and ideal as a side dish for many courses. Now it is spring, a season of fresh beans. However, you may definitely prepare this salad using frozen beans. Seasoning is the main thing. Just try and you will like it.

- Green beans – 400 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Wine red vinegar – 2 tbsp;
- Dijon mustard – 2 tea spoons;
- Olive oil EV – 3 tbsp;
- Fresh black pepper, salt.
Step 1
Washout out the beans (if you have frozen beans, you neither need to unfreeze nor to wash out). Put on gas the 2-litre saucepan, half filled with cold water.

Meanwhile, prepare a sauce. Pour vinegar into the bowl, add mustard, slightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix up with spatula until the flat mass.

Pour in olive oil.

Mix up once again.

Finely chop onion.

Mix it into the sauce and leave for a while. By the way, if you prepare a party, you may cook the sauce in the morning and season the beans with it before serving to the table. But the beans should be warm.

Meanwhile slightly salt the boiled water and put the beans into it. Cook for 4 minutes after it boils again.

Then drain off through the sieve.
Step 10
After the water has been drained off, put the beans into the bowl and season with sauce.
Step 11
Mix up and serve immediately.
