Turkey Roll
This recipe is especially for those who see after their meals. There is nothing unnecessary. At the same time it is interesting and tasty. You will not suffer from it being dietetic.

portions Ingredients:
- Turkey fillet – 1 kg;
- Egg – 3 pc;
- Off corn – 3 tsbp;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Rosemary – 1 twig;
- Fresh champignons – 300 g;
- Green olives (good ones!) – ½ can;
- Parsley – ½ bunch;
- Coriander – ½ bunch;
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp;
- Salt, fresh black ground pepper.
Step 1
Mince the turkey in the mincing machine. Boil hard 2 eggs. Cool them down in cold water.
Step 2
Add fresh egg, off-corn, salt and pepper to the mincemeat. Stir up until the flat mass.
Step 3
Cut the onion into sticks.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil on a frying pan, add a twig of rosemary and onion 10 seconds later. Parboil for a couple of minutes mixing up on medium heat.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cut cleaned champignons wiped out with a napkin. Cut into relatively big pieces.
Step 6
Add to the onion.
Step 7
Fry until the liquid is evaporated. Usually, it takes 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper in the end.
Step 8
Meanwhile, finely chop the eggs. Put them into the bowl.
Step 9
Put chopped olives, greens and cooked mushrooms with onion into the bowl. Stir up.
Step 10
Put baking paper of the baking pan size on the table. Arrange the flat layer of the mincemeat on it. Put the filling on top leaving 2 cm for a joint on the opposite edge.
Step 11
Lift up the baking paper and roll out the meat pushing it over.
Step 12
Wrap it up in the same baking paper folding up edges like for bonbons. Put on the baking pan. Put to the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Step 13
Serve with any vegetables. Dietetic broccoli is a perfect side dish!
