Marble cupcake
I decided to remember the family recipe. The cupcake is very nice and very tasty. There is no better way to be together for a cup of tea.
Ingredients:
- Butter – 150 g;
- Eggs – 4 pc;
- Sugar – 1 glass;
- Sour cream – 1 glass;
- Baking powder – 1 tea spoon;
- Flour – 2 glasses + 2 table spoons;
- Cacao – 2 table spoon.
Step 1
Melt the butter cut into small cubes on low heat. Leave to cool down for a while.
Step 2
Beat eggs and add sugar into the bowl. Mix up with spatula until slight foam.
Step 3
Add sour cream.
Step 4
Then add butter.
Step 5
Add 2 glasses of flour and baking powder.
Step 6
Stir up well until the flat mass.
Step 7
Divide the dough into two halves. Add cacao into one half and flour (2 tbsp) into the other.
Step 8
Stir up both halves until the flat mass. Grease the baking pan with oil.
Step 9
Pour 3 table spoons of white dough on the bottom. Top with 2 table spoons of brown dough along the edges.
Step 10
Then do vice versa chequerwise: pour 2 table spoons of white dough on top of brown and 1 table spoon of brown dough in the center on top of the white.
Step 11
Keep on doing it until the end changing the layers one by one.
Step 12
You may make zigzags on the surface with a wooden stick to make a nice drawing.
Step 13
Put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees. Mine stayed for an hour. It’d better to take out and to pierce with a toothpick or a wooden stick to see if it’s dry. If you see that top is brown while bottom is not cooked well, don’t be afraid: put the clean wet towel or baking paper on top and go on baking.
Step 14
When the cupcake is ready, keep it under the towel for 10 minutes more.
Step 15
Then cut the edges with a knife and carefully take out the cake on the hand with towel.
Step 16
I am able to eat it all.
Bon appetite!
