Young potato with mushrooms
This is another option for potato with mushrooms. It’s homemade and very tasty. Absolutely cozy. Perfect side dish or a separate dish.

portions Ingredients:
- Champignons – 500 g;
- Youngpotato – 700 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Dill – 5 twigs;
- Oil; salt.
Step 1
Wash out potatoes properly and boil sprinkling with salt in the middle. Cool down. As you understand, just boiled potatoes from previous meal may be used. Peel champignons and cut into big pieces.
Step 2
Cut onions into thin semi-rings.
Step 3
Heat oil on a frying pan and parboil onion on average heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Cut unpeeled potatoes into big pieces.
Step 5
Put to the onion. Make the heat stronger and add a little oil. Fry until the crust appears for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Put mushrooms into the frying pan. Fry all together on average heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Top with finely chopped dill, mix up and turn off.
Step 8
Serve hot.
