Chicken nuggets


This is a very fast option for dinner. It’s not very healthy (because of battering) but we take corn flour instead of usual wheat one that makes our life easier. And it also makes our batter stronger.

Ингредиенты:

  • Chicken fillet - 2 pc (1 breast);
  • Eggs - 2 pc;
  • Corn flour - 100 g;
  • Salt, pepper
  • Oil

Step 1

Wash chicken fillet, dry out with paper towel and finely slice.

Step 2

Beat eggs with a fork in a bowl.

Step 3

Put flour, salt, pepper (approximately per 1 not topped tea spoon).

Step 4

Take chicken slices, coat in flour first. Then dunk them in eggs.

Then put them again in flour.

Step 6

Put on a board to fry them all evenly at the same time.

Step 7

Heat the oil on a frying pan on relatively strong heat, fry nuggets 2 minutes per each side.

Step 8

Fry until slightly golden crust. Not longer, otherwise you’ll overdry them.

Serve immediately. They are tasty with sauces, for instance, with cheese sauce. Bon appetite!
