Chicken fillet baked in bacon
There is another not boring option for chicken fillet. Inside there is a secret of goat cheese with thyme. Crispy bacon makes it piquant. While vegetable ‘pillow’ serves as a side dish.

- Chicken fillet – 2 big ones;
- Goat cheese – 200 g;
- Thyme – a bunch;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Sliced bacon – 200 g;
- Marrow or zucchini – 1 pc;
- Tomatoes – 2 pc;
- Salt, black ground pepper.
Step 1
Put goat cheese, thyme and press out the garlic into the bowl. Stir up. By the way, if you do not like goat cheese, change it for Feta cheese. However, goat cheese is wonderful here.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Wash out chicken fillet and dry out with paper towel.
Step 4
Cut alongside with a sharp knife to get thin schnitzels.
Step 5
Slightly beat each of them with a flat side of the hummer not to damage meat.

Cut the marrow into rings of 1 cm thick.
Step 7
Put on the bottom of the baking pan greased with oil. Sprinkle with salt.

Put the rings of tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with salt again.

Coat a piece of chicken fillet with cream.

Roll it out.

Put two strings of bacon on a board and wrap our roll in it.

Use another string of bacon to wrap across.

Put our rolls on top of vegetables.
Step 14
Put to the oven pre-heated until 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye – until it gets brown.
