Chicken breast baked in sour cream
If you want to eat baked chicken, to be precise white meat, but you’d like to avoid overdrying it, this recipe is exactly what you need. Sour cream and cheese crust keep the meat juicy. And it’s all very simple, of course.

portions Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts on the bone – 2 pc;
- Fat sour cream (I had 40%) – 400 ml;
- Paprika – 2 tea spoons;
- Dry garlic – 1 tea spoon;
- Chili – ½ tea spoon;
- Cheese – 150 g;
- Salt.
Step 1
Put sour cream, into the bowl, add dry garlic, paprika, chili and salt.
Step 2
Stir up until the flat mass.
Step 3
Wash out breasts and dry out with a paper towel. Place in a baking pan and coat the top with sour cream with spices.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a big grater.
Step 5
Top the chicken with it.
Step 6
Place in the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 50 minutes and bake until brown crust.
