Quiche with trout
I have already written about my incredible passion to quiches. Just because it’s very tasty and very fast. And it is good for any case – serving to guests, taking to dacha picnic or treating your family and yourself. Undoubtedly, trout might be replaced with any other fresh red fish.
Ingredients:
- Butter - 150 gr;
- Flour - 2 glasses (300 g);
- Cold water - 2 tbsp;
- Salt - 1/2 tea spoons and pinch for a seasoning;
- Fresh trout - 400 g;
- Spring onion - a bunch;
- Dill - a bunch;
- Milk - 150 ml;
- Eggs - 3 pc
Step 1
Put butter cut into cubes, salt and flour into a food processor. Mix up for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Then pour into water and mix up for one minute more.
Step 3
After it arrange the paste on a baking mold flattening with fingers and making edges. Put into a fridge for 10 minutes and then put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the trout into small pieces.
Step 5
Chop the spring onion and dill. Prepare a seasoning: whip milk with eggs (using spatula or in a blender), sprinkle with salt.
Step 6
Take the paste out of the oven.
Step 7
Put the fish on top.
Step 8
Top with verdure.
Step 9
Pour the seasoning into our pie.
Step 10
Send to the oven for 30-40 minutes. The top and edges of the paste should get golden crust.
