portions Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 6 big pc;
- Mincemeat – 400 g;
- Champignons – 250 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Cheese – 200 g;
- Sourcream – 400 ml;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Salt, ground black pepper.
Step 1
Peel potatoes.
Step 2
Cut into thin rings.
Step 3
Arrange half of potatoes in a baking pan greased with oil. Put rings one on another. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the onion into fine sticks.
Step 5
Put onion on top of potatoes.
Step 6
Finely chop champignons.
Step 7
Mix up with mincemeat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Arrange mincemeat with mushrooms as the next layer.
Step 9
Top with half of cheese grated on a big grater. I certainly have Cheddar.

Then goes a layer of potatoes again. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix up sour cream with garlic and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Add egg and stir up.

Pour our pie with this seasoning.

Put into the oven pre-heated to 170 degrees until 50 minutes.

Then take out, top with remaining cheese and put again for 10 minutes.
