- Chicken fillet – 400 g;
- Paprika – 1 tea spoon;
- Dry onion – 2 tea spoons;
- Chili – 1/2 tea spoon;
- Black ground pepper – 1/2 tea spoon;
- Dry parsley – 2 tea spoons;
- Ciabatta – 1/2 loaf;
- Tomatoes – 3 pc;
- Garlic – 4 cloves;
- Parmesan – 100 g;
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp;
- Broth or water – 1l;
- Eggs – 2 pc;
- Salt.

But I definitely recommend you to have dry onion and garlic at home! It’s a brilliant magic stick for meat coating and marinades. It’s not a problem to find garlic but as for onion, I’ve been looking for it for a long time but now when I see it, I buy a few packets at once. |

Wash out fillet and dry with paper towel.

Finely slice the meat like for Beef Stroganoff.

Put it into the bowl and add all spices plus a tea spoon of salt.

Mix up and leave for a while. Meanwhile, let’s prepare the rest of ingredients as preparation is quite fast, all ingredients have to be available at hand.

Make breadcrumbs out of loaf.

As a result, we’ll need 1.5 glass of crumbs.

Pour tomatoes with hot water for a minute and then hold them under running cold water for another minute.

After it you will easily remove the skin from tomatoes.

Peel the garlic.

Cut tomatoes into cubes.

Grate cheese on a small grater.

Now start cooking. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

Put the chicken fillet there and fry for two minutes on strong heat.

Then press out the garlic into the chicken, mix up and heat for 30 minutes on average heat.

Then add crumbs and cheese.

Mix up well.

Then add tomatoes. Heat up all together for two minutes more and mix up.

Put over all this beauty into the saucepan and pour with hot broth or water. Make it boil and low down the heat. Mix up as otherwise, the cheese will stick to the bottom.

Stir up eggs with a fork, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour eggs into the soup with thin thread into the soup, constantly mixing it up to convert eggs into threads but not into a ball. Taste for salt and switch off.
