Turkey baked in foil
Мясо индейки одно из самых диетических. Приготовленное таким способом, оно получается очень нежным и сочным, несмотря на то, что это филе грудки. Можно подавать сразу, как основное блюдо, а можно остудить и использовать для салатов и сэндвичей.

portions Ingredients:
- Turkey fillet of breast – 600 g;
- Lemon – 1 pc;
- Fresh ground black pepper – 1/2 tea spoon;
- Ground chili pepper – 1/2 tea spoon;
- Paprika – 1 tea spoon;
- Herbs de Provence – 1 full tea spoon;
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp;
- Salt;
- Butter – 15 g.
Step 1
Wash and dry out the fillet. Cut into portion pieces. I have three.
Step 2
Mix up all ingredients in the bowl for marinade (except for butter).
Step 3
Lower the turkey down in the marinade.
Step 4
10 minutes later turn over the turkey and leave for 10 minutes more at the room temperature.
Step 5
Put each piece on the foil, top with butter to make it juicy.
Step 6
Wrap the foil edges.
Step 7
Make an envelope. We’ll have to open it in the end.
Step 8
Put it on a grid and then to the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Put the baking pan under the grid for the juice pouring.
Step 9
After 40 minutes open the envelopes and put inside again for 10 minutes to make them brown.
Step 10
I haven’t eaten the juicier turkey before.
