Trout in sesame
It’s incredibly tasty fish. The light note of the soya sauce and sesame crispy crust will make happy those who like fish and seafood.
Preparation: fry
Ingredients:
- Trout fillet – 450 g,
- Soya sauce – 30 ml,
- Sesame – 40 g,
- Oil (for frying).
Step 1
Wash out and cut the fish. Remove the bones and skin from the fillet.
Step 2
Cut the fillet into small cubes and place in a deep plate. Add soya sauce and mix up well.
Step 3
Boil spaghetti for a side-dish.
Step 4
Add sesame to the fillet and mix up well to make the sesame attach to fish flatly.
Step 5
Place the fillet on a pre-heated frying pan with oil to keep enough space between pieces.
Step 6
Fry flatly from both sides until light brown colour.
Step 7
When the trout is ready, place it on spaghetti. Dress with greens.
