Pancakes on kefir

Pancakes on kefir, unlike milk ones, are blowy, plumpy and amazingly airy! They are also good to wrap stuffing, being slightly less elastic than milk pancakes.

  • Kefir - 500 ml;
  • Eggs - 2 pc;
  • Soda - 1/2 tea spoons;
  • Sugar - 4 tea spoons;
  • Salt - 1/2 tea spoon;
  • Flour - 6 topped tbsp;
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Step 1

Pour out kefir in a blender bowl, then add flour, soda, sugar and salt and then beat the eggs in.
