Pancakes on kefir
Pancakes on kefir, unlike milk ones, are blowy, plumpy and amazingly airy! They are also good to wrap stuffing, being slightly less elastic than milk pancakes.
Ingredients:
- Kefir - 500 ml;
- Eggs - 2 pc;
- Soda - 1/2 tea spoons;
- Sugar - 4 tea spoons;
- Salt - 1/2 tea spoon;
- Flour - 6 topped tbsp;
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Step 1
Pour out kefir in a blender bowl, then add flour, soda, sugar and salt and then beat the eggs in.
Step 2
Blend until the flat paste for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Pour oil in the paste. Do not stir up anymore! Mix up carefully, using a ladle for baking pancakes.
Step 4
On a pre-heated frying pan pour a ladle of paste arranging it over the surface of the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes on a medium heat. Once the edges get slightly golden, it’s time to turn over. Fry for one or two minutes from the other side.
Step 5
Put on a plate. Look how delightfully pierced they are!
Step 6
I like them very much with sour cream!
