The chef has prepared such delicacies for restaurant guests as poultry dishes, summer salads, aromatic soups and incredible desserts.
There are the following new dishes performed to the guests:
- Beef tartar (350 rubles)
- Slices of frozen muksun (370 rubles)
- Sour milk mushrooms (510 rubles)
- Russian salad with reindeer (450 rubles)
- Fried romain with duck (450 rubles)
- Duck with pumpkin cream and (640 rubles)
