The menu definitely
includes summer cold soups such as cold borsch, okroshka (on kvass or airan),
mushroom cappuccino, seafood in tomatoes. There are
also hot courses, for instance, “Glint in the eyes” (beef sirloin marinated in
cognac, grilled and served with grilled vegetables and hot tomato sauce). To make the summer even hotter, the restaurants
will cheer up the guests with the Chef’s Day: on Sunday the same second
dish from the Summer Mix will go free of charge.
