Orange 3 Restaurant: Spring Mode

The Nordic spring seems to be beautiful in Moscow. The Orange 3 Restaurant has updated the menu.
There are a lot of new
dishes in it, 19 to be precise. The chef of Orange 3 Sauli Kemppainen accentuates
freshness, modesty and ecological orientation. The asparagus soup will be
appreciated by those who prefer seasonal dishes and it expects to be a new hit
at Orange 3. Lovers of smoked dishes are
offered to try renewed beef sirloin with carrot puree and estragon and also spaghetti
with chicken breast, avocado and basil sauce. Scallops with 12 flavours is a new dish-surprise in
the menu of Orange 3: there are 12 different
combinations (from orange and jelly borsch to bacon and white chocolate with
black caviar) with scallops. For a dessert, the chef offers to try a new dessert
Orange\Asparagus with cumquat, orange puree, asparagus and white chocolate
ice-cream.
