BB Grill Restaurant decided that Octoberfest which is about to start is a nice reason to present the special offer of the menu “Dishes of the German cuisine”.
The hostess of every German house knows how to cook vegetables. The dinner starts from classic potato salad (360 rubles). For fancy guests there is famous salad Rinderzunge with veal tongue (430 rubles). Snack zum Bier – this how main beer snack (640 rubles) is called in Germany.
As the first course there is Eintopf – rich meat soup (360 rubles) and also rich soup-goulash is served (360 rubles).
German cuisine is hard to imagine without different kinds of sausages. Make sure yourself and order Munich or Bavarian sausage with potato and cabbage (460 rubles).
Chopped meat is rarely eaten in Germany; as a rule, all second courses are made of a piece of beef or pork. That’s the reason for huge pork brisket (780 rubles) and Hamburg beef steak (560 rubles).
You may drink traditional German beer and pear snaps (230 rubles/50 g) with all this delight.
