The recipe of Lobster Thermidor is considered to be created especially for Napoleon. It became one of the last dishes served on Titanic at the restaurant for first-class passengers.
Chef of Discovery Club Antoine Fisser will conduct a small master class on culinary Friday July 19th - he will show how to cook Napoleon's favorite dish out of boiled lobster.
