Summer Menu at Yornik Gastronomic Restaurant
Chef of gastronomic restaurant Yornik Daniel Fippard has updated the menu. There are 16 new positions appeared! Each of them is exciting!
Haute cuisine connoisseurs will enjoy summer soups from the new menu (gazpacho with basil sorbet and tobiko caviar, okroshka on apple kvass with homemade rabbit sausage), light salads, specifically created for hot days (for example, cold salad with tiger prawns, watermelon, Kafiri llime and lemongrass, then warm salad with confit chicken wings, green peas, nettle and yellow yolks).
The chicken dish appeared at the restaurant menu for the first time during two years – they have finally found the supplier of excellent quality farmer’s poultry. Mr. Fippard serves chicken breast with corn, lentils, mushrooms, cherry sabayon and leg fricassee. Silver maigre, becoming more and more popular among Moscow Chefs is offered with tomato fondue, confit pepper, girasol puree and basil.
The desserts are just amazing! Based on cream cheese and condensed milk raspberry cheesecake is added with raspberry sorbet and classic dessert of Wimbledon Championship – strawberries – is served in unexpected combination with olives, basil, balsamic and sour cream ice cream.
Natural lemonades will help to satisfy the thirst: raspberry with basil, ginger with cucumber, jasmine with line, estragon and classic.
