Caribbean Menu at Bora Bora Grill

From March 11th to May 11th Bora Bora Grill restaurant will be concentrated on the cuisine of Caribbean region – the Chef has collected all most popular dishes in the special menu.

Calypso salad (325 rubles) has to be served first. Chicken breast is mixed with mango, Kumato tomatoes, fresh leaves of young spinach and fried ground nuts. The salad is seasoned with yogurt sauce. Then banana soup (275 rubles) comes: the Chef serves avocado sorbet together with it.    

As a main course, there is Creole cutlet (415 rubles) with black beans or cod baked in banana leaf with abundance of ginger, chili pepper, tomatoes and Batata potatoes. 

The recipe of Bermut steak (1997 rubles) has been also realized at the restaurant: tenderloin of Australian marble beef is fried on open grill and served with caramelized lime. 

To complete lunch Bora Bora Grill offers Churros dessert (295 rubles) which is sweet pastry of roll-in dough with vanilla sauce. The Caribbean got the recipe from Spanish people just like many others.
