Global Changes At Funny Cabany Restaurant

There are great changes at the Funny Cabany Grill-Restaurant! Everything changed – interior, food, bar carte.

Brand-Chef of Funny Cabany Mark Statsenko found a lot of new products – excellent meat from Russian farms, incredibly tasty wild sockeye salmon in spite of long familiar salmon, Black Sea mackerel and farmer's duck. 

Since January Funny Cabany kitchenhas had two excellent Spanish grills Josper, twice more than before. For this reason the grill menu has had twice more dishes and they are served to the guests faster. Among others, special burgers (from 530 rubles) are also cooked on grill now. 

Another source of Statsenko's pride is new dishes from oven: lamb ham (820 rubles) is baked with herbs and spices and then stewed in the sauce with lime leaves the whole night; boneless whole chicken is baked with garlic and herbs or in citrus glaze (690 rubles), and earlier mentioned ossobuco (990 rubles) it is cooked in the oven for 15 hours.
