Romanov Restaurant invites for a poultry festival in October. The menu presents dishes made of wild and poultry meat in author’s execution of Chef Alexey Sleptsov.

Poultry dishes have been a real adornment of the tsar table. Cooking poultry is a special kind of culinary art. 

The Chef offers to try dishes from the special menu. The hunter’s starters include salad with quail topped with ginger sauce and chili pepper (590 rubles), salad with slices of duck fillet with pear parboiled in red wine (480 rubles).  As the first course, there is a fish soup with potatoes on sterlet and pike perch broth, served with open salmon pie (360 rubles). 

As a main course, the Chef offers reindeer fillet in almond crumbs with pear parboiled in white wine with saffron and cranberry sauce (190 rubles), duck leg confit stuffed with dry apricots with vegetable roll (770 rubles).
