Tuscan Dinner At Terrassa Restaurant

The Tuscan dinner will take place at the Terrassa Restaurant on the 1st of October. The Ferragamos' chef Andrea Campani especially invited to this dinner, is going to perform a set menu Tartufo Bianco where all dishes are complemented with a truffle, particluarly brought from Italy.
The guests are expected by 19.30. The dinner will cost 4900 rubles. The dinner menu will include:
- Pecorino
veloute with a poached egg and black truffle
- Raviolo
with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic cream and white truffle
- Beef fillet
with potatoes, mushrooms and white truffle
- Dessert
'Chocolate forest' with three kinds of chocolate, rosemary, berries and
truffle.
