Chef of DoZari Restaurant: Sanctions and New Menu

Chef of DoZari restaurant Igor Denisenkov, the winner of “Time for dinner” show on ORT TV channel, a participant of “Oda. Eda” food festivals, is proud to present the new menu.  

“I like Russian culture and Russian cuisine very much and frankly speaking, I have a positive attitude to recent sanction. Local products have been in trend for a few years and applying sanctions is an impulse for many Chefs to come back to traditional Russian products and recipes serving them in fancy author’s interpretations. For instance, DoZari menu the alternative has been found to Italian antipasti: starter Russian Style includes smoked breast, fresh-salted lard with garlic, dried beef. It is served three sauces – horseradish, mustard and cheese sauce. As a snack, I recommend Mille feuille with cream cheese, pomegranate and pine nuts. Thai soup has been replaced with fish soups made of sturgeon, salmon and fish open pie”. 

The new menu will appear in the restaurant since Monday. Новое меню появиться в ресторане с понедельника.
